I.
Introduction
The PHP BP (The Best
Portal, later referred to as PHP BP) script is a commonly available content
management system. The project web page address is http://www.phpbp.com. The licence (later referred to as the User) is allowed to use
PHP BP only after agreeing with the whole of the present Licence Agreement
(later referred to as the Licence).
PHP BP is a property of
Michał Janczykowski and Leszek Piątek (later referred to as the Authors). The
script is licenced, and not sold, to the User. THE COPYRIGHTS OF PHP BP ARE THE
PROPERTY OF THE AUTHORS.
The licence is accepted by
the User by an action of downloading the PHP BP system, storing it, or
installing it on any server/computer.
A. The web site is not commercial. The User is not
allowed to profit in any way (directly or indirectly) from any materials on the
web site, which means:
a. The User is not allowed to put on the page any paid
advertisements (banners, buttons, pop-ups, pop-unders, etc.),
b. The User is not allowed to raise money (SMS, credit
card, etc.) for granting access to any part of the materials on the web site,
c. PHP BP cannot be used to create a company web site,
d. The User is not allowed to customise PHP BP into an
online shop, auction system, etc.,
e. No one, apart from the Authors, can raise any money
for the use of PHP BP,
f. The User is not allowed to design a commercial web
site for the third party with the use of PHP BP.
B. The web site does not promote facist or racist
content, etc.
C. The web site includes an unchanged comment about
the copyrights and a „Powered by PHP BP” banner linked to the project web site
of PHP BP;
D. The User does not use the PHP BP system (or any of
its parts) to create other content management systems or any other scripts.
VI.
The dissolution of the Licence Agreement: all rights of the User expire at
dissolution of the Licence Agreement. The Licence Agreement is considered
dissolved if the User violates any of the Licence Agreement's parts. In case of
the Licence Agreement dissolution, the User is obliged to immediately delete
the copy of the PHP BP script, especially from the server.
